This week we have presentations from the British Guild of Tourist Guides, the Association of Professional Tourist Guides and a group of last year's graduates from the course we have just completed. We also meet representatives of a number of tour agencies. It's fascinating to learn more about what clients want and how to help them enjoy themselves.
